My aching sacroiliac

For the past month or so I've been experiencing a fair amount of discomfort, just about where my wallet sits in my back pocket. That's the polite way of talking about a pain in my backside, I suppose.  Anyway, I ignored it for the most part in the hope it would go away.  In the past couple days it's gotten worse and has actually cause me a  lot of sharp shooting pains around the side and front.  It's especially bad when sitting, driving being the worst. 

I went to see my chiropractor this morning and he has diagnosed it as a sprained sacroiliac joint.  It's probably from the past 7 moths of extended hours sitting in a less than optimal chair in the training room working on the JDE project.  So this project has now turned into a literal pain in my ass.   My chiropractor has advised me to get up and walk around a lot more and to ice the area frequently.  So this project really frosts my ass too.    :-p
