Mirror, Mirror highlights

kumir_k9I'm beginning to get a good feel for the game and for where Kumir fits into it. Highlight moments in no particular order of any kind:
- Meeting some old friends for the first time
- Letting some of those friends know exactly where they stand with Kumir (Thank goodness I know the player behind one of those characters well enough to feel comfortable enough to have an awesome yet uncomfortable IG conversation)
- Team 3 and team 3 again
- Who's the leader of your team? Omi, Omi, Omi, Omi, Omi, Omi. Talk about being thrown under the carriage. :-)
- Tea (or coffee if you happen to be a coffee hound) and stories with Meishan
- Compassion quotes from Hana. It was all I could do not to break out laughing uncharacteristically
- Flute playing by the lake on a beautiful sunny morning
- Finding myself maimed and holding off an attacker with my claws - Seriously? Did I just say that?
- Conversation with Rochus while he was cooking breakfast
- Prep for the rescue Gabriel mod and then the hardest choice I've ever made as a character - NOT to go. The hours of roleplay afterwar with different people over the remainder of the event was fantastic.
- Getting the bauble from the "Frog" Prince
- Conversation with the Lady of the Crystal Garden after said mod
- THE Asylum - I thought we were all dead for sure
- "Kumir, do you have a good piece of jewelry for Grimwold" Kumir pulls out a bright, shiny, pendant from his time as a servant of light. Totally not Grimwold's image. "Kumir, do you have a ring?" Kumir pulls out a ring with the signet of Jericho, the same ring Omi gave him with all of Jericho's possessions. The look on Omi's face was priceless. It was like the puppy wagging his tail thinking he'd done something good only to find his mistress crestfallen over it. mwahahaha
- "He's the guy with the multi-colored hair, you know the one with the red shirt". Kumir does not see color. "I guess the multi-colored hair description didn't help either then?"
- Everything related to my new cabin mates / team - They are the best IG and OOG. The mods, the fights, the roleplay, the sense of cooperation. I love these people.
