Yes indeed, Monique is home

Ok, I've been berated for my lack of posting about it.  Yes, Monique is home.  Yay!

We managed to get through the last of the insurance red tape Friday afternoon and we took her home on Friday afternoon.  She's got a gaping wound in her abdomen and a wound vac sucking stuff out of it.  She's up and about a couple times a day.  She's trying hard for independence.  She's avoiding pain killers as much as possible.  In general, she's doing very well.  Thank you to everyone for all your well wishes.  :-)

Now I'm struggling to catch up on things, so if I owe you something, I likely haven't forgotten, but if you want to remind me anyway, that's ok.
